CF Launches New Era of Patriot Athletics

College of Central Florida opened a new era of Patriot athletics Wednesday night with twin milestones: the unveiling of the renovated CF gymnasium and the inaugural home match of its new women's volleyball program.

A large and vocal crowd of Patriot supporters filled the revamped gymnasium as head coach Flavia Siqueira's team joined baseball, softball and men's and women's basketball in CF's five-sport athletics program. In the video above, the 13 student-athletes that make up the Patriots' inaugural volleyball roster enjoy their first introduction before a friendly home crowd.
