Central Florida has added a potent bat and versatile position player to its 2011-12 lineup with the signing of Miami Killian star Theo Castillo.
A 6-foot, 205-pound catcher/outfielder, Castillo hit .264 as a senior with 15 runs scored and 18 RBI. The Cougars advanced to the Class 6A regional quarterfinal round in Castillo's junior and season seasons.
