The Central Florida baseball team played Hillsborough to an 11-11 tie Monday at Tampa after overcoming a 10-0 deficit in the final two innings.
CF scored 8 runs in the eighth and 3 more in the ninth to salvage a hard-earned tie. Scott Schaub went 2-for-5 with 2 RBIs, Bradley Goodson went 2-for-5 with a double and Danny Alimonti drove in 3 runs to lead the Patriot rally.
The Patriots (1-2-1) continue their first road trip of the season Wednesday at St. Petersburg.
