Central Florida snapped a two-game losing streak and knocked off a formidable in-state foe on Friday, earning a 58-52 win at St. Petersburg.
The No. 9 Patriots (5-3) were paced by wing Slobodan Miljanic. The team's lone returning sophomore scored 16 points and sparked with CF offense with 3 three-pointers while adding 5 rebounds.
CF sweeps the season series from St. Petersburg with the win. The Patriots also won 83-75 on Nov. 2 in Ocala. Their extended road swing concludes Tuesday with a visit to Hillsborough before finally returning to their home court Dec. 1 against IMG Academy.
