CF Alum Ricardo Ratliffe Named Big 12 Rookie of the Week

Former Central Florida All-American Ricardo Ratliffe has earned his first regular-season award at the NCAA level. The Missouri junior on Monday was named the Big 12 Conference Rookie of the Week. From the press release:

Ratliffe recorded two double-doubles and narrowly missed a third as Missouri had three wins against Wyoming (72-62), La Salle (83-71) and Arkansas-Pine Bluff (91-63). The junior forward had 10.7 points and 12.0 rebounds per game in his three outings, including a season-high 14 boards in the victory over La Salle. He was named to the Cancun Challenge All-Tournament Team after averaging 11.0 points and 13.0 boards in just 22.5 minutes of action. Ratliffe is third in the Big 12 in rebounding (9.6 per game) and ranks seventh in field goal percentage (.520).
