Ratliffe, the FCCAA Player of the Year and a first-team NJCAA All-American for the second consecutive season, is the lone player from a Florida school represented on the Division I roster. Ratliffe is joined on the DI squad, however, by fellow Missouri signee Matt Pressey of Navarro College in Corsicana, Texas.
