The Patriots continued their season-opening winning streak on Monday at New Port Richey, blasting host Pasco-Hernando 8-1 to improve to 7-0.
Sophomore Michael Paulk got his second win of the season on the mound, and he had more than enough run support from CF's unstoppable batting order. Sophomore slugger Dru Jones had 3 of the Patriots' remarkable 15 hits.
CF can catch its breath now after playing (and winning) six games in as many days dating back to Wednesday of last week. The Patriots are off until Friday, when they host Brevard at 3 p.m.
