Jordan Zech hit a 3-run home run and Dru Jones hit a solo shot, his fifth home run in the past four games, to pace the consistently productive Patriot offense. Tyler Diaz picked up the victory in relief.
The Patriots (9-3) stay in Panama City for a pair of games on Saturday, including a morning matchup with host Gulf Coast and an afternoon rematch with Shelton State, an NJCAA member school in Tuscaloosa, Ala.
