The Lady Patriots shook off Wednesday's frustrating conference-opening loss with an epic comeback on Saturday, overcoming an 18-point second-half deficit for an 81-72 win over non-conference foe Miami-Dade.
CF erased a 10-point lead with under 5 minutes to play and had the game tied by the 2:34 mark. Markeshia Grant had a triple-double with 14 points, 12 assists and 10 rebounds, Jamesha Willis added 15 points and 7 rebounds, and Shaunte Forward scored 16 for the Lady Patriots (13-7).
