Patriots 91, USC-Salkehatchie 67 (MBB)

Ricardo Ratliffe and Justin Cecil scored 18 points apiece as the Central Florida Patriots opened their two-game swing through South Carolina with a 91-67 win over USC-Salkehatchie. Rahshon Tabb scored 12 and Josh Proctor added 10, the second time in as many games that four Patriots have scored in double figures. Central Florida (2-0) faces tournament host Aiken Tech on Saturday before coming back home.
